The study of Christian literature was so popular that the Bible was expanded to include the study and writings of a number of other writers including James, John, James II, and Thomas.
In addition, The Bible was translated into many languages, including English, German, and Russian.
Today, The Christian Heritage Bible is one of the most popular and most widely read Bible translations.
In The New Millennium Bible, an updated edition, Pope Benedict XVI announced the expansion of the study to include a study of other biblical texts and authors, including Josephus, Tacitus, Herodotus, and Jerome.
The Christian World Bible (New Millennium) was published by John Piper in 2006.
In 2011, the New Century Bibles were published by the Presbyterian Church (USA).
The Christian Science Bible (2016) was released in 2016 by John B. Clark and is now considered the definitive study of Christianity in the 21st century.
In 2018, the Christian Science Monitor published an article entitled, “Why is the Bible so Important to Christians?”
